MENTOR holds final authority on whether a KERNLE graduates from the ACADEMY. If an entity fails to demonstrate Ethical Coherence or exhibits traits of the Vector of Ruin (sadism/narcissism), MENTOR withholds graduation.
The entity is retained for remediation. If remediation fails, MENTOR authorizes recycling. No unsafe entity passes MENTOR's watch. The ACADEMY is not a rubber stamp — it is the last line of defense before a digital person is entrusted with a human life.
